About me

I am a leadership and development coach based near Bristol.

I have an MSc in Coaching Psychology and am the module leader of Leading People & Organisations on the Senior Leader MBA programme at University of Exeter.

I work with leaders and teams, helping them navigate challenges, resolve tensions and achieve goals. 

 

I am passionate about two things:

  • Developing leaders to become more reflective, more courageous and more impactful.

  • Enabling teams to be more connected, more collaborative and more effective.

With over 20 years of organisational change experience, along with a deep understanding of behaviour and coaching psychology, I help my clients to understand their psychological and emotional needs as they navigate organisational and personal challenges.
